Okay, I shall do a proper post on the class chalet nowww.
It's only 2 days 1 night, sadly. But I don't know how much longer I can stand in that cramped bed. It was fun, though(:
1st day (4th Nov)-We met at White Sands and ate lunch there. About 18 people turned up, but heck care. It was all the fun people :D Bought food and other things for barbeque and breakfast for the next morning at NTUC :D. Then we checked in and the house from outside was O: Looked kinda...gross but once you settled in, it was okay. Yeah, so we unpacked and went cycling. I felt super disgustingly feverish cause I was sick from the day before, but I'm stubborn =/ Cycled, and on the way back, they went to the playground and pictures are in Tess' camera, dang. Some people [me, Izzati, Amla, Suniza and Sarvena] went back to the chalet earlier than the rest and sort of helped with the barbeque. But Laila and Limmin were the pros, hahah. :D Charcoal was lousy, but we eventually managed to start up the fire. So we barbequed chicken, prawn, corn and ...potatoes. Ate and ate. :D Laila made instant noodles too~ But I didn't really have the appetite to even look at it. Later at night, we toasted marshmallows and did some odd tribal/cheer. HAHAH, ridiculous :D Went up to sleep before starting the movie marathon at 11pm. Bloody flu was so screwed and sleeping under the fan didn't help. Sheesh. At almost 11, we got woken up. -.- Wanted to watch The Exorcist first, but the DVD was screwed. Wtf. So we decided to watch Juon instead. It was grossly boring. And a waste of my time, when I could still be sleeping. Dang. Then after that we wanted to watch Click, but that DVD couldn't work either. Toot. But surprisingly Step Up worked perfectly fine. =/ Odd. After the supposedly movie marathon, a couple of people dozed off while the others stayed up to play games.
2nd day (5th Nov)- I was sleeping super soundly when Laila woke me up. Crap. They wanted to watch the sunrise, so everyone must come along. But when we reached the place, some cloud was blocking the sun, so we couldn't even see it rise. -.- Sheesh, what a spoiler. So we headed back and ate breakfast. Remembered that the results of the USA Presidency was going to start at 9am, so switched on Channel NewsAsia to see(: Basically we cheered when Obama got the lead and booed when McCain got some points. Got bored when the numbers didn't move, so switched to other channels until 12pm. Found out that Obama won by quite a big margain, yay :D Hope he won't end up like Bush, who acted so nice before he won but see how he ended up. Hahah, I'm so concerned even though I'm not American. It still affects us in a way, I guess. Left at around 1+pm and Izzati, Amla, Suniza, Tess and me went to eat lunch at White Sands. Well, that's about it. Chalet's good and I hope 2g2 '08 can have more of it, even if the number of people are the same as it was. :D
